Refund Policy

At Primavera Candle, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our handmade candles, home fragrance, and personal-care items, we have the following return policy in place.


Returns & Eligibility
We  accept returns on non-sale items only within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unused and unopened
In its original packaging
In resalable condition
To start a return, customers must contact us first for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Sale Items
All sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Please allow several business days for processing.
