✔ Shipping Time – Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Primavera Candle is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
✔ International Orders – At this time, we only ship within US.
✔ Lost or Stolen Packages – Once an order is marked as delivered, Primavera Candle is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

✔ Final Sale Items – Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
✔ Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at primaveracandle20@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
✔ Refunds & Replacements – We will assess the issue and provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
